Winner/s must be present in the gaming room at the time their name is called.
To be a Winner/s your name must be drawn from the virtual barrel
Winner/s have two (2) minutes to approach the Promotion Host at the cashier’s desk to play
If the Winner/s is not present to claim any prize with in the two (2) minutes a redraw will occur
Winner/s will be announced by mention of first and last name, along with their membership number.
One member will be drawn from the virtual barrel approximately every 15 minutes during the promotion time
A total of thirteen (13) members will be drawn each day the promotion is run
All Winner/s will have a chance to ‘Pick a Petrol pump’ and win a ‘cash’ prize ranging from $50-$200 paid out in points and vouchers
It is the responsibility of all members to position themselves in an area of the club where they can hear the announcements.
The Prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable (including any unused portion).
If any part of the prize is not available for any reason, the Venue reserves the right to substitute that part of the prize for something similar in value subject to regulatory approval.
Members can win more than once.
Winner/s must complete in full the ‘winners register form’
Winner/s must present their membership card in person to confirm their eligibility. It will be at the discretion of the host if they require further valid ID
Winner/s who win a prize $5000 (five thousand dollars) or more must produce a form of government issued photo identification in conjunction with their Lions@springwood membership card.
The virtual barrel will be emptied at the conclusion of the weekly draw.
