Winner/s must be present in the Venue at the time their name is called.
To be a Winner/s your name must be drawn from the virtual barrel or ticket barrel for bonus draws.
Winner/s have two (2) minutes to approach the Promotion Host at the draw location or a member of staff, who will inform the Promotion host.
If the Winner/s is not present to claim any prize within two (2) minutes a redraw will occur
Winner/s will be announced by mention of first and last name, along with their membership number.
All draws will be announced throughout the club from the draw location with the exception of any outside dosa.
If any part of the prize is not available for any reason, the Venue reserves the right to substitute that part of the prize for something similar in value subject to regulatory approval.
All virtual entries earned through playing an EGM, or purchases at the bar, bistro or bottleshop will be entered into a virtual barrel.
A total of five (5) members will be drawn each virtual draw day that the promotion is run as outlined in Key Dates and each Winner/s will get a chance to ‘Hunt for the golden Egg.’
If the Winner chooses to ‘Hunt for the golden Egg’ they will enter the vortex money machine where they will be given 20 seconds to grab as many ‘Easter eggs’ as they can using only their hands. Winners CAN NOT use any item of clothing to catch/hold/store ‘Easter eggs’ nor can they bend over to scoop the eggs from the ground, (each coloured egg has a $ value).
At the end of the 20 seconds, the ‘Easter Eggs’ collected by the Winner will be counted and they will be paid the equivalent amount of cash by the Promotion host.
There will be bonus items in the vortex money machine that, if collected will entitle the Winner to a prize (these prizes will vary from day to day)
A Winner must enter the vortex themselves and CAN NOT substitute another person to take their place.
If the Winner chooses not to hunt for the eggs, they will win a consolation prize of $50
