Go Pink, in support of The Mater Foundation, Chicks in Pink - $58, 241

Breast Cancer Awareness Month has become a yearly cause that we support. This year we raised $58,241 for the Mater Foundation, Chicks in Pink. With the donated monies going to support women with the cost of being diagnosed with breast cancer. The team worked vigorously throughout the course of the year, with various fundraising ways such as “Magic’s Miles” which involves sponsors supporting our team to walk a distance. In 2022 – the team had collectively walked south around Australia and made it all the way to Perth, whilst raising over $12,000. The fundraising did not stop there, with money tins placed around venues, exclusive GO PINK calendars made, raffles and Sip & Paint events all to continue raising funds for this cause. The conclusion of the year’s fundraising was celebrated with a Go Pink Luncheon in the month of October to which the final fundraised monies were raised through silent auctions, raffles and the seats purchased.
